At Novo Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't fit your style, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, original condition items.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn state.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
